Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Information
The services offered through this website represent a structured process of work.
By purchasing a service or booking a session, you agree to this policy.
2. Booking and Rescheduling (1:1)
Sessions are scheduled in advance and take place at agreed times.
Rescheduling is possible with prior notice, provided that the request is made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
In the event that:
- the session is not cancelled or rescheduled in time
- the user does not attend the scheduled session
the session will be considered used.
3. Package Duration
The work is carried out within a predefined time frame.
The package has a limited duration and must be used within the specified period.
After this period:
- unused sessions or parts of the service are not carried over
- the package is not automatically extended
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the work:
- refunds are not guaranteed
- all purchases are considered final
Exceptions may be made only in specific cases, at the sole discretion of the service provider.
If the process has already started:
- it is considered used in accordance with the completed portion of the work
- a partial refund, if approved, may be proportional to the unused portion
5. Digital Products and Online Programs
For digital products (courses, materials, and similar):
- all purchases are final
- refunds are not available after access to the content has been granted
6. Client Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for:
- their participation in the process
- the decisions they make
- how they apply the work
Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual engagement and application.
